Plans, trial and refunds
How plans are counted, how the free trial works, and the first post guarantee.
Plans
Accounts are never counted. Yearly billing is two months free. The first 50 customers pay half for as long as they stay subscribed (Founding 50, through October 31).
| Plan | iPhones | Macs | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 | 1 | $40 |
| Rack | Up to 8 | 2 | $80 |
| Studio | Up to 30 | 5 | $150 |
Free trial
Every plan starts with 7 days free and a card on file. Until the first download opens, the trial does not run: your 7 days start that day.
Cancel from your dashboard under Billing in one click. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Your license key
Checkout gives you a license key. You paste it once per Mac. Each Mac takes one seat on your plan, and you can free a seat from the dashboard when you retire a Mac.
First post guarantee
If you cannot get a first post out with a receipt within 14 days of your first charge, we refund it in full. Ask through the support form.
